Property Loss Notice

We strongly encourage that you report any property losses or incidents within 3 business days, even if the full scope of the damage is unknown.   Due to requirements from our insurer, losses reported after their 30 day deadline will not be covered. 

Please fill out the information to the best of your ability. Send photos of the damages to claims@unm.edu
